i gotta feelin'...

Had a wonderful evening with Brent last night. We went to the Asian Star instead of Jasmine, but the food was still fantastic. If you live in SLC, I definitely recommend either place. Saw Sucker Punch afterward - very strange movie. I'm still not sure how I feel about it. Kind of reminded me of Sin City, but definitely unique. I'm not sure that it was worth the money to see it in the theater, however, I'm not sure that the effects would be quite as cool outside of a theater.

Spent a lovely afternoon wandering the city. Checked out Crone's Hollow (a New Age shop that recently opened here), then visited Uptown Cheapskate (awesome local vintage shop), and went to the grocery store for a few essentials and picked up an awesome new purple lipstick (cover girl lip perfection in divine, photos forthcoming). I wanted to take Annie to the park this weekend, but it's chilly today and the clouds in the sky look a little ominous... Weatherman says tomorrow should be nice though. I'll be very sad if he's wrong.

Morgan and Bagel are both coming over right now, and we're going to get chai and wander the mall for a bit, then we're picking up Brent and going to see Limitless. I haven't seen Bagel in ages, so it will be good to hang out with him. I'm excited for all four of us to hang out - things worked out perfectly for this evening. Tonight's gonna be good. :)
