once more into the breach

Rough weekend.

Correction. Horrible, god awful Friday. AWESOME weekend. Tremulous Monday.

Brent's sister moved in today. Trying to maintain a positive attitude, but the situation is complicated and I'm not sure how to cope.

I have my own place now, though. Somewhere to go when things get to be too much. I wish I could take Annie with me over there, but she's not quite potty trained and I don't think the new roommates would be very happy with me if she had an accident.

My birthday is Thursday :) We're having my party Friday night at Keys on Main. LOVE that place... I'm so excited! Everyone is welcome - I think the cover is normally $5.

I have some pictures I need to post, but I'm too lazy to walk into the other room to get my camera and the cable. I'm sure I'll get to it sometime tomorrow though - I'm going to have lots of spare time.

I keep telling myself that everything happens for a reason.

It's one of those things that's a lot easier to believe in hindsight... But when things are actually happening, they pretty much just really suck.
